Internships, serve as the synchrony between classroom theory and its practical application in the real-world business contexts with learning experiences that refine students skill sets. Recognizing the critical importance of this experiential learning, the Management Club – Anushasan organized a compelling session on Internship Guidance by R Techno Solutions on 18thJune 2025.
Mr. Suman Tallada, the Student Counsellor elaborated onhow the students can grasp organizational workflows, cultivate advanced problem-solving capabilities and essential soft skills such as effective communication, collaborative teamwork and leadership acumen as per the present corporate landscape. The session emphasized how internships serve as a strategic platform for students to crystallize their career aspirations, explore diverse functional domains and establish professional networks. By engaging directly with industry professionals and real business challenges, students gain a nuanced understanding of their strengths and interests, empowering them to make informed career decisions.
The session simulated an environment where students could practice professional skills including negotiation, conflict resolution and project management. These exercises prepared students to confidently handle the multifaceted challenges. It raised a thought to view internships as a gatewayfor a full-time employment, as many organizations prefer to hire interns who have demonstrated commitment and competence during their internship period. The session also focused on the latest trends of integrating digital tools, data analytics and remote internship options as the framework.
