To make the students experience this profound wisdom through an enlightening session led by Mr. K. SrinivasaRangacharyulufrom Vivekananda Kendra, the Cultural club-Aroop organised International Yoga Dayon 21st June 2025.
The trainerguided students through Asanas, the revered Surya Namaskaras, and the subtle art of pranayama, instilling habits that promise lifelong vitality.He explained that regular practice of yoga cultivates discipline, enhances concentration and improves harmonious rhythm between individual’s internal and external world. This foundation for students, builds an academic and personal demand with sustained focus, emotional balance and robust health.
Mr. Rangacharyulu and his team demonstrated the Asanas with precision, highlighting their benefits and correct techniques, designed to activate and align the body’s energy channels. The Asanas, such asTadasana (Mountain Pose), which promotes posture awareness and grounding; Vrikshasana (Tree Pose), cultivating balance and mental steadiness; and Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), which invigorates the spine and opens the chest for deeper breathing was meticulously explained, emphasizing alignment, breath coordination and mindful presence.
Students were guided to feel the subtle shifts in their energies and to embrace the meditative quality embedded within each movement. The team stressed that these postures, when practiced consistently, build strength, flexibility and endurance that supports physical and mental activities of the students.
