ARAMBH-2025

"Arise, arise! Why do you still remain lying down when a new beginning has arrived? Today, indeed, the fearless rays of the sun have entered and filled the room".

"Aarambh"—the beginning of a college induction program—would be one that invokes blessings for success and removes obstacles for new beginnings. Anushasan- The Management club, every year, proudly hosts Aarambh — a comprehensive, week-long orientation program designed for both MBA and MCA colleges, to warmly welcome and seamlessly integrate freshly admitted students into the academic and cultural fabric of the institution. This year Aarambh 2025 continued the tradition from 13th October to 18th October, 2025 with a thoughtful curated agenda aimed at acquainting new students with the college’s ethos, facilities and opportunities, while recognising the holistic development and a sense of community.

The program commenced with an insightful introduction to the institution’s vision, mission, and academic practices. Students were formally introduced to the faculty members across departments, enabling them to familiarize themselves with their mentors and guides. This interaction sets a positive tone for the academic journey ahead, encouraging students to engage actively and confidently with their educators.

Life Skills and Industry Interaction

Recognizing the importance of equipping students with essential life skills, Aarambh 2025 includes dedicated sessions on communication, time management, leadership and critical thinking. To enrich the experience, the program featured interactive sessions with industry experts and professionals. These interactions provide students with valuable insights into current industry trends, expectations and career opportunities, bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications.

Physical Fitness and Wellness Orientation

Physical well-being is a cornerstone of holistic education. In this spirit, the orientation incorporates sessions on physical fitness and yoga, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle alongside academic pursuits. Certified trainers guided students through yoga practices and fitness routines tailored to enhance flexibility, concentration, and stress management.

Cultural and Literary Engagements

To nurture creativity and intellectual curiosity, Aarambh 2025 offered a rich array of literary and cultural activities. Students participated in debates and essay-writing competitions that stimulate critical analysis and articulate expression. Culturally, the program celebrated artistic talents through dance and singing performances, providing a platform for students to showcase their creativity and build confidence.

Sports and Intellectual Competitions

Physical agility and strategic thinking are equally celebrated during the orientation. Various sports activities and puzzles challenge students to demonstrate teamwork, endurance, and problem-solving abilities. Business quizzes and IT quizzes were also organized to sharpen students’ knowledge in commerce and technology, promoting healthy competition and intellectual engagement.

Exploration and Community Connection

To deepen students’ connection with their surroundings, guided visits to local places of historical and cultural significance were included in the itinerary.

Aarambh 2025 is a vibrant initiation into college life, meticulously crafted to blend academic orientation with personal development, cultural immersion, and physical wellness.
